This Privacy Policy describes how your information is handled when using the sqncr mobile application (“the App”).
1. Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). This includes (but is not limited to):
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Location data
- Contacts
- Photos
- Identifiers
All user-created data (including timers, sequences, and settings) is stored locally on your device only. This data (except backup data managed by Apple) is never uploaded to external servers, cloud systems, or third-party services.
2. How Your Data Is Used
Since all data remains on your device, it is only used to:
- Power the app’s features and functionality
- Save your preferences and sequences locally
- Allow you to resume sessions and workflows
The app cannot access your data outside of your device, and we have no ability to view or retrieve it.
3. Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared, sold, or transmitted to outside companies or platforms.
4. Data Retention
Your data remains on your device until:
- You delete it manually within the app
- You delete the app from your device
- Your device settings or operating system removes the data
We do not maintain or manage backups of your data. Backups are managed by the device manufacturer (in this case, Apple).
5. Security
While your device is responsible for enforcing data security, the app only stores data in its local sandboxed environment and does not interact with external servers. We take no additional copies of your data.
6. Children’s Privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, there is no risk of children’s personal data being stored or transmitted.
7. Changes to This Policy
If this policy is updated, changes will be reflected by revising the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Updates will not change the fact that:
- No personal data is collected
- All data is stored locally on-device
